A passion for people, learning, change and the willingness to reach beyond the impossible is what keeps Edward Malinoski energized every day. With a belief that “people are the foundation of business success,” and a keen ability to recognize strengths in others, Mr. Malinoski  has spent a career envisioning and creating people solutions that drive better business processes by building on strengths and  empowering  team members to execute their responsibilities effectively.

With many experiences to draw upon Mr. Malinoski has found that his innate ability to mentor and coach provides a powerful approach for leveraging development at any critical change point. Whether the goals have been stronger engagement, better retention numbers, increased leadership skills in key areas, or higher performance levels, his coaching process helps team members to powerfully tackle challenges that once addressed, make all the difference in success.

This central theme has been expressed through various avenues in his career, from his distinguished 20 year service in the United States Navy, to the various senior level management roles that he held at SAIC, a $10B defense contractor.  In fact, he extended his talent for coaching to the financial arena in 2008 where he founded Project Debt Rescue (PDR)  Financial Coaching Services, which merged into WayPoints Financial Services, LLC in 2014.  Ed’s extensive knowledge and passion has allowed him the opportunity to provide unbiased financial education resources, advisement, goal setting and customized step-by-step action plans that help clients to achieve their goals in a variety of personal finance issues including Debt, Money Management, Investing, Retirement Planning, Taxes, Estate Planning and College Planning.  He has successfully helped families eliminate Millions dollars of debt since 2008.

Mr. Malinoski earned a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from the UNIVERSITY OF WEST FLORIDA and is a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach.  He is the recipient of the Defense Meritorious Service Award the Navy Commendation Medal and five Navy Achievement Medals.
